Philip Isles is a writer of Middle Grade Children's novels.
After receiving a BA from Princeton University and an MFA from the
USC School of Cinema and Television, Philip Isles became a script and story supervisor for Hollywood video games, including ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS, WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE, SPACE CHIMPS and NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM 2, as well as the unreleased CITY OF EMBER and NINE video games. He also wrote the story for the unreleased ASTRO BOY video game.
After working in the interactive arena for several years, he turned his attention to children's fiction, having recently signed with Regal Literary to develop a variety of childrens MG products.
He lives in New York City and Los Angeles, where he has been a
member of the Magic Castle for three years and moonlights as
a close-up magician.
